In a tweet, the renowned lawyer noted that he will use Morsi's photo as his profile picture, as a sign of respect to the deceased."Out of respect for President Mohammed Morsi and to celebrate his life I have his photo as my profile picture," he said.He was the first democratically elected president of Egypt, who took over from longtime ruler Hosni Mubarak in 2012. However, he was overthrown a year later by the Egyptian Army. Morsi, a former Muslim Brotherhood party leader had been jailed since 2013.He was hurriedly buried on Tuesday, with many people coming out to decry how the the current Egyptian regime forced Morsi's family to bury him at night. During his burial, only two of his sons were present. The authority did not allow them to bury him in his home province of Sharqiya in the Nile Delta."The sudden, abrupt and restricted manner in which the Egyptian regime has enforced President Morsi's burial, raises even more questions regarding the circumstances of his death, and intensifies calls for an independent medical enquiry," said Anas Altikriti, founder of the Cordoba Foundation.
