After Jubilee's triumph in the 2013 presidential elections, the outspoken legislator hosted the Citizen Television journalist at his Garissa County palace.

He showed her around and even had her drink raw camel milk from a calabash.

She showed hesitation causing Duale to chide her.

Maribe was released after serving weeks behind bars over the murder of Monica Kimani, a businesswoman alleged to have been killed by her fiance Joseph Irungu.

She has vehemently denied any involvement in the brutal murder.
