Gor Mahia might start next season with key players having left after it emerged that some were targets of the immediate former manager Dylan Kerr.
Kerr was appointed the head coach of South Africa's Black Leopards and will be tasked with improving the team that was promoted this season.
According to the latest reports, defender Karim Nizigiyimana is not keen on renewing his contract and will seek greener pastures.
The defender has been nursing an injury, which has kept him out of action for the better part of the last season. he is set to be back in action in January next year.
He is said to be looking for greener pastures since the offer Gor has tabled is far less from what he had expected.
in addition to Nizigiyimana, other key players who might leave the Kenyan Champions include Philomena Otieno and Francis Kahata.
The two are said to be targets of Kerr, who would want to take them to South Africa to his new side.
Kerr resigned last week, sending a letter to chairman Ambrose Rachier thanking him for the time he spent with K'Ogalo.
