Romance in most relationship fades after childbirth.

There are some adjustments parents must make to raise a child.

However, this doesn’t mean you ignore your partner’s romantic needs.

Partners must think of ways to keep the fire burning.

Here are three steps to keeping the romance alive after the baby is born:

1.  Create time for each other

Children can make you too busy for your partner.

Make sure you sacrifice some quality time to spend with your partner.

Besides creating the date, ensure you stick to it.

Lack of romance could kill your love life. Hence you should never ignore this.

2. Get intimate when the child is taking a nap

Children are known to sleep for many hours.

Have some romance when the child is asleep.

This will enable you to give him or her enough attention.

However, never make love when the child wants to be attended to.

3. Always show your partner affection

Do not let the affection die after giving birth to a child.

Continue showing your partner love even after you have given birth.

This will make your love life intact for longer.

Lack of romance puts your love life at risk.

Partners who engage in intimate activities more often are more likely to stay together than those who do not.
