Alphonce Kioko alias Maima is a celebrated benga musician from Mbooni in Makueni County.
The 'Tuendee nesa' hitmaker recorded his first album in 2010.
He has continued to dominate the world of benga for the past nine years.

1. He is 29 years old
Kioko was born in 1990.
At a past interview, he disclosed that he was born on September 15, 1990.
The bachelor believes in church weddings and has vowed to get married in church once he is ready to settle down.
2. He is saved
Kioko has time and again boasted about him being a born again Christian despite the fact that he sings benga music.
The singer has been attending the AIC Kusyongali Church since his childhood days. He also played the guitar in the same church.
3. He dropped out of school in form two
Kioko attributes his success in life to music.
During an interview last year, Kioko disclosed that he didn't finish school because of his love for music.
He, however, noted that it was not an easy journey as he had to work as a 'mjengo' guy, a herdsboy, a backup singer and guitarist to make money to record his albums.
Kioko has worked with bands like Kakongo Sisters, Ndithini Band and Ndela Boys Band among others.
