Amani National Congress Party politician Thomas Nyangeresi slammed Uhuru for appointing Boinnet who retired two days ago.

"It sounds funny that Uhuru can appoint someone who retired two days ago yet there are graduate youths who qualify for the job. Uhuru should be condemned," he said.

The vocal politician claimed that corruption will never come to an end in this country because people who have been working in government tear-gassing Kenyans are absorbed into government.

"Soon you will hear Boinnet diverting public money into his own pocket. Uhuru won't leave any legacy because he is appointing ageing individuals into his government instead of going for youthful people," he stated.

He regretted that the government has been threatening to arrest jobless youths who are yet to repay their HELB loans.

"It is sad that Uhuru is appointing old people yet we have youths with loans who should be appointed so that they can get money to repay their loans," he added.
