With four months down the line, the team tasked to come up with the report has only started collecting views on how to fight corruption.

And in Kisumu on Sunday, Raila urged supporters to be patient before the report is tabled.

''We want Kenyans to have faith in the process we have started with the President Kenyatta. People should not be jittery,'' he said.

Raila added: "The team is working round the clock to help us find lasting remedies to issues that have in the past plagued our country. We want a peaceful country,'' 

The 14-member committee is led by lawyer Paul Mwangi and Ambassador Martin Kimani and Bulding Bridges initiative.

At Mombasa, Raila is said to have discussed in-depth possibilities of forming a unitary government.
