It is one of those tales that you can’t help but laugh. But upon close reflection, you are at crossroads whether to laugh at her ignorance or at the guy’s ingenuity.
It turns out that she had been cheated into paying money every time she had to update her Facebook profile picture.
Just like her, everybody who has a social media account has a picture that acts a window to who they really are. You may not have thought about the significance of the profile picture, perhaps focusing on taking the best of you.
The pictures (profile pictures especially) you upload speak about your personality. It turns out that psychologists can make a few deductions based on your profile picture.
If your picture has less colour or hidden, you probably have anxiety issues, low self-esteem, and you are bound to be negative on issues in life.
There are others with a colourful and bright picture, showing them smiling broadly, and sometimes with other people. If you have this type of profile picture you are probably an extrovert, and an outgoing person.
People with best-looking pictures tell to the world that they are open to experience. Most likely it could be a picture of them in some fancy place, a dream holiday destination may be. If you are this kind of person, you likely are looking for experiences all the time.
Then there those people who have bad photos on their profiles. If it shows how bright and lively they are, these people are agreeable. Perhaps because they do not subscribe to some weird social media standards that have Jesus cringing every time he chances upon them.
On the other hand, there are those who use pictures of others, especially celebrities as their profile pictures. These are people who want to mislead others, or even con them. They probably have negative personality issues that they don’t want to reveal to the world.
Lastly, they are those who use pictures with phrases in them. One can deduce that these people have deep emotions in them, whether happy, sad, heartbroken or in love. The choice of the phrases will help you tell what is going on in their minds or their emotions.
