A totally orphaned pupil from Malkamari Primary School in Banisa Sub-county, Mandera is urgently calling for assistance from well-wishers to help him realise his dream of joining form one come 2019.
Mahir Abdullahi Abdi, a resident of Malkamari scored 307 marks in the recently released 2018 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) and has been selected to join Mandera High School in this year's placement exercise.
Having lost both her parents at a very young age, Mahir has no hope for proceeding with his studies.
During his primary school days, the said pupil survived on donations and assistance from well-wishers, a thing that kept him going.
A close look at his primary school leaving certificate indicates that he a very bright, disciplined and hardworking student. Below are his documents;
