The lawmaker while speaking on Sunday at Botoro ELCK Church said rivals are free to engage him in matters development.

"I do not have any problem working with my opponents whom I beat during the 2017 polls. I wish to confirm that my opponents are free to have peaceful talks with me on matters development in the constituency," he said.

Oyioka also appealed to residents who were not in his camp to embrace peace and unity noting that in every election there is a winner and a loser.

"My opponents' supporters need to know that I am the MP in Bonchari until 2022. Politics of hatred and insults won't help them and their supporters to win the polls in 2022," said the vocal legislator.

He pointed out that his main rival John Opore is bitter because he beat him during the 2017 polls.

The PDP elected legislator insisted that he will prioritize development throughout his tenure and develop every corner of the constituency irrespective of how residents voted.
