Former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka says he is willing to hold a meeting with ex-Prime Minister Raila Odinga next year as 2022 presidential debate hots up.
Speaking at his Karen home on Friday, Kalonzo said he will meet the ODM chief so that they discuss the country's future.
He said they will discuss a number of issues within the National Super Alliance (NASA) when that time comes.
“We conversed last night and we agreed that we will meet in the New Year and work together within the NASA arrangement to actualise our vision for the country,” Kalonzo said.
Kalonzo said it is not easy to understand the Luo's political kingpin.
The Wiper leader recalled how he backed Raila twice in the presidential race.
Kalonzo, however, downplayed whether he would again back the opposition leader in 2022 polls.
The Ukambani political kingpin is set to lock horns with Deputy President William Ruto in 2022.
His remarks come at a time when politics on President Uhuru Kenyatta's succession has taken center stage in most public gatherings across the country.
It remains unclear whether Uhuru will support Deputy President William Ruto's presidential bid in the next elections.
