Lawyer Miguna Miguna has announced that he will be in Nairobi next year for his book launch.
In a tweet, the vocal lawyer noted that starting mid January 2019, he will conduct a global tour to popularise his new book titled "Treason: The Case Against Tyrants & Renegades."
Miguna's trip will start in Toronto, proceed to states in the United States, after which he will visit London, Germany, Johannesburg and end with Nairobi.
"BOOK LAUNCHES & A GLOBAL BOOK TOUR: From mid-January 2019 to end of February 2019, I will launch TREASON: The Case Against Tyrants & Renegades in Toronto, US cities, London, Germany, Johannesburg and Nairobi. Spread the WORD. Place ORDERS at http://www.integritylimited.com . Viva!," he posted on Twitter.
In his book, Miguna narrates the issues surrounding the controversial swearing-in of Opposition Leader Raila Odinga as the 'People's President'.
His previous attempts to return to the country were faced with harsh reception including a forceful deportation.
Last week, the High Court's Justice Chacha Mwita ruled that Miguna is a Kenyan citizen, and ordered the government to pay him Sh7 million for illegally deporting him. Mwita further directed that Miguna be issued back his passport.
