Residents of Bochura village in Kegogi, were left in a rude shock after a man was caught having sex with a cow.
Area assistant chief, Agley Bwari, confirmed the incident and said the suspect, Innocent Oyondi, was caught with members of the public.
"Oyondi was caught with members of the public and I had to quickly alert the police” said Bwari.
The administrator urged members of the public to surrender crime suspects to police for court processing.
He said the suspect currently being held at Keroka police station from where he will be taken to court.
Residents said they will not allow the suspect to return into the village.
"We are not going to allow him to come back here. Let the authorities find him a new home far from the village,” said Caleb Ondwari.
Ondwari said the suspect doesn’t own even a cat but, he has been raping other people cows in the village.
