Some of the foods that contain gas are like beans and fizzy drinks. 

Bloating can be very uncomfortable, and you may try different remedies to stop it but in vain. 

But that shouldn't be a problem anymore, here are some of the fruits that can eliminate bloating completely:

1.Pineapple

The acidic nature of pineapple is good for any digestive related problem. 

Eat a fresh pineapple or drink extracted pineapple juice and relax for some minutes, the bloating will disappear gradually.

2.Pawpaw

This fruit can break the excess proteins in the body that lead to bloating.

It is good for all digestive problems, especially in children. Blend it and drink the juice, and the bloating will be gone.

3.Lemon

When you feel bloated, and upon looking around the kitchen you see a lemon, thank your God you have something to relieve it. 

Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice and mix it with warm water, then drink the solution. This will surely relieve you from bloating.

4.Avocado

Avocado is a good fruit that is rich in fibre. It is also good at dealing with bloating. 

Whenever you feel bloated, try eating a half piece of avocado and thank me later.

5.Cucumber

Cucumber is a good anti-bloating agent because it contains a lot of water which enables you to get hydrated. 

You can decide to eat it raw or blend it to obtain its juice and drink it.
