Being a leader and source of inspiration motivates your workers and wish to work hard just to be like you, be that kind of leader that everyone wants to associate with.
4. Ask for and give feedback
There are some leaders that only expert to be served and not to serve others. Instilling fear in your workers' mind cannot give a positive result in an organisation. Be that kind of leader that expects what they give to their workers.
5. Learn continuously
Every day there is a new thing in life that is there to be learnt, as the saying goes "learning is a continuous process in one's life". Be a leader who is ready to learn from others and accepting new ideas every day.
6. Build trust
Trust is something that when it is lost gaining it is a new channel and road that you have to take. Building trust between you as the authority and your workers make the office a better place to work.
