You can easily check your CRB status using your smartphone. 

This is how to go about it:

1.Credit Info CRB Kenya 

To confirm your status, you will be required to visit Creditinfo CRB. 

Then fill an online credit request form that will enable you to get the certificate of clearance. 

After this, the company will send a message to your email address showing the status. 

You will get a certificate of clearance if you don't have a negative of listing on your credit report. 

On the other hand, you will be given the credit status certificate if you have a negative of listing on your report. 

2.Metropol 

First, you will be required to visit the Metropol site just like Credit Info CRB Kenya. 

Alternatively, you can resort to downloading the app, Metropol Crystobol app. 

After accessing the link or app, you will register, and all the guidelines on how to check your status have been clearly spelt out on the site. 

3.SMS

There is also another simple method, and the procedure is not complex. 

Just dial *433# and enter your personal identification number, then send the message. 

You will receive your CRB information via SMS.
