A popular Tusker Project Fame (TPF5)Winner and a renown gospel artist Ruth Matete has survived an almost suicide case.
She says that multiple troubles overwhelmed her. She has however over time rose over her tribulations through the following ways.
1. Friends are important
It is important to look for those reliable, people who care. She argues that there are good friends who are willing to help. The crucial point is that you must be bold to share, no one is an angel to know that you have an issue.
2. Money is not everything
Ruth says that she learned a great lesson that money is not a solution to everything. Beyond wealth, she says that no matter how much rich one is, they are still human and challenges will always be there. She states the popular saying, the rich also cry.
3. Be prayerful
The inspirational and hope musician says that the prayers are a powerful tool in overcoming challenges. Be very prayerful is her advice.
The artist who runs a music school, Matete Music School in Nairobi dreams to have a family in the near future and see her growth in the ministry and see her school rise to greater heights.
She was saying this in an interview with the national broadcaster, KBC radio on Saturday.
