Director of Criminal Investigations George Kinoti showcased his unrivalled shooting skills on Wednesday.
Mr Kinoti, who was elevated to the position last year, was seen armed in January this year when suspected terrorists attacked DusitD2 Hotel in Nairobi and was active in supervising operations.
In a video posted on DCI Twitter, he is seen making several accurate shots, partly showing that his skills from the GSU training are still intact.
The DCI, who is at the epicenter in the fight against graft waged by President Uhuru Kenyatta, had visited the Anti-Stock Theft Unit where he gave a lecture to trainees.
"George Kinoti being received at the ASTU Training School early today by the commandant Mr.Joseph Kodi Damji. He was at the school to superintend the special training being offered to the newly recruited officers to the DCI. More than 42 officers are undergoing the training," DCI posted on Twitter.
The post further said: "Despite not practising regularly and using different firearms, the #DCI’s shooting skills were amazing."
