A NASA rebel Member of Parliament has lashed at ODM Party leader Raila Odinga, terming him as a politician broker.
South Mugirango MP Sylvanus Osoro argued that Kenyans should avoid Mr Raila, adding that he's out to fight Deputy President William Ruto from becoming the next president.
According to the vocal lawmaker, Raila is dangerous for this country’s politics.
“President Uhuru Kenyatta agreed to shake hands with Raila who has now taken advantage of the handshake to tell Kenyans the bad side of DP Ruto. Raila is a political broker who must not be condoned,” he stated.
Osoro, who has been a close ally to DP Ruto, maintained that Raila’s influence won’t derail DP Ruto’s presidential ambition.
The legislator challenged Nyamira and Kisii politicians to join DP Ruto’s camp ahead of the 2022 polls, adding that the two counties has been supporting opposition for a long time.
“2022 residents from Nyamira and Kisii counties need to be in government fully and this can only be achieved if politicians could lead residents to rally behind DP Ruto,” he stated.
He was speaking on Saturday at Gusii stadium. Raila has dominated Gusii politics, winning majority of the votes in the last the three presidential polls.
