12: 00 PM: Demonstrators are currently marching in the CBD. So far, the demos have remained peaceful without major incidents. 

11: 30 AM: Bobi Wine is re-arrested moments after being released from military camp. The musician is seen struggling to walk.

11:00 AM: Reports from Uganda indicate that the state has bowed to pressure and freed Bobi Wine

10: 50 AM: Protesters are calling for the unconditional release of the musician 

10: 45 AM: Reports indicate that Ugandan opposition leader Kizza Besigye has also been arrested.

10: 30 AM: Protesters gather at Freedom corner.

Activists from Team Courage led by Boniface Mwangi are currently holding demonstrations in Nairobi over the detention of Ugandan Robert Kyagulanyi popularly known as Bobi Wine.

Wine was arrested last week and detained at a military camp facing accusations of holding illegal firearms.

His detention has led to a global outcry over violation of human rights in Uganda.
