There are, however, unanswered questions regarding the stability of the new tactician, despite having a good track record.

Who is this man and what does he bring to the den? Here is a look at his credentials and tactical approach

The 43-year-old was born in Belgrade, Yugoslavia and is a former midfield player with the OFK Beograd and BASK.

He began his coaching role as a youth coach in 1996 with the Serbia's oldest club FK BASK; a year after hanging his boots. He completed UEFA 'A' license and has also enrolled on UEFA 'PRO' license with the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Serb tactician is a shrewd game reader. In addition, he prefers Mourinho's Tactical Periodization in his training approach with a key focus on possessive football, with a formidable 4 - 2 - 2 formation, but can also switch to 4 -3 -3 formation depending on the opponent's tactical approach.

Kavazovic has managed clubs such as Zarkovo, Borac, Resnik, Istiqlol Dushanbe, Maldivian's New Radiant SC, Lao's Lanexang United F.C, Bangladesh's Saif Sporting Club, before joining Township Rollers in 2017 - 2018.

He has also led Tajikistan and Sri Lanka national teams. In 2012, he became the youngest national team head coach in the world, at of 36, as he managed Tajikistan national football team as the head coach.

He also guided Tajikistan champions Istiqlol Dushanbe to win with the AFC Presidents cup in 2012.

In addition, Nikola Kavazovic won double (Botswana premier league and Mascom Top 8 cup) in his maiden coaching venture in Africa with the Township and led the team to the country's first club ever qualification to the CAF Champions' League group stages.

Albeit, the reason for the unsettled Serbian, should be a worrying issue to the team management, despite securing his service.

It is reported that Serbian tactician resigned as the head coach of the Township Rollers in mid last month while the team was leading the Botswana Premier League table.

The reason for his resignation is not known, and he can depart any time without notice. It has been reported that he decamped Laos national team without notice after he was appointed to lead the team in a friendly match.

The tactician takes over from Argentine Rodolfo Zapata, having penned down a two-year contract with Ingwe.
