According to Maraga, he is a clean man leading the Judiciary in good faith with transparency.

"Some people coined a new name for me calling me a 'master' of corruption. I am dismissing those people because what they are implicating me into is uncalled for. The Judiciary is committed to fighting impunity such as corruption in this country," he said.

Maraga said members of the public with information about any members of the judiciary engaging in corruption should volunteer information to relevant authorities for legal actions to be taken.

The Supreme court president said prosecution of corrupt individuals in the country won't be favourable.

"Cartels won't be spared by the law once arraigned in courts. Those stealing public resources should be ready to be jailed and return the money they have stolen from the government so that the money can be used fund various projects across the country to benefit our people," he added.

He called on Kenyans to be vigilant and ensure elected leaders engaging in corruption are not given room to continue serving in offices.
