Cherangany Member of Parliament Joshua Kutuny has finally made up his mind over who has the better chance of being president between Deputy President William Ruto and Baringo Senator Gideon Moi.
The two sons from the vote-rich Rift Valley region are widely expected to be on the opposite sides during the 2022 presidential elections.
In a video shared on his official Facebook page on Tuesday, Kutuny told mourners in Kachibora area that he had carefully weighed between DP Ruto and Senator Moi's chances and reached a verdict that the DP should be supported for the top seat.

"DP Ruto is close to the state house and should be supported for the seat. Senator Moi should also be supported as he prepares to take over from Ruto," said Kutuny in a video that was largely in native Nandi.
The vocal legislator who has of late been branded a Jubilee rebel after linking DP Ruto to the maize scandal further assured the Kalenjin community that the Mt. Kenya region will not abandon them in 2022.
"People from the mountain will not leave us, I know what to tell them. When the right time comes, you will see this," said Kutuny.
