The former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission commissioner Roselyn Akombe on Tuesday came out to state why she stays in New York City.
This came after a Twitter user asked her to tell people the truth about the 2017 general elections.
“Tell us what you know about the last election. Hiding in the US then commenting about elections every day will not help,” asked Kimutai Sambu Arap Ruto.
However, Akombe came out to clear the air that she is not hiding anywhere but she is at the place she is supposed to be.
More so, she revealed that she just returned to her previous work in New York City.
“Just for the record, I am not hiding. I returned to my job, which happened to be in New York City. My right to express to my views is entrenched in the Constitution and I am not about to give that up,” said Dr. Roselyn Akombe.
On Monday, Roseyln has come out to respond to a Twitter user who claimed that Kenyatta and Kabila had given rise to new impunity.
