An opposition rebel Member of Parliament has revealed why he will never run broke even if he loses his seat in 2022.
South Mugirango MP Sylvanus Osoro argued that he will never become broke because he is helping others in the society.
According to the vocal lawmaker, he has been extending an helping hand to the less fortunate in the society since he was elected by his constituents.
"I have been helping the needy as well as helping in the construction of churches in my constituency. I wish to confirm that no one including me will run broke by doing the work of God," he noted.
The MP who is serving his first term since he was elected in August 8, 2017, assured residents that he will continue helping others because he is blessed.
On Tuesday, the lawmaker donated bricks towards the construction of Gesonso Catholic Church in Boikang'a ward in his constituency.
Consequently, the legislator who is perceived to be close ally to Deputy President William Ruto seems to have followed Mr Ruto who has been dishing money at fund drives organized by churches.
