After three months absence, deputy governor Amos Nyaribo will jet back from India on Tuesday where he underwent major kidney operation.
Mr Nyaribo, who served as governor from May to July following Governor John Nyagarama's absence, was airlifted to India in August over kidney problem.
His aide, Robert Tai, said the second term deputy county boss will return home latest on Tuesday this week.
"He has been discharged and even booked a plane back home. We expect him in the county latest on Tuesday morning.
"The operation was successful and we thank God for that. He will embark on serious reform agenda especially on kicking out ghost workers," he noted.
In October, on a video call, Nyaribo denied undergoing kidney transplant following reports by the local media.
Understandably, he did not attend funeral to his brother Robert Nyaribo an uncle who had died in September following a fire tragedy at his home.
But a brawl is expected to emerge upon Nyaribo's return given a disputed MOU between him and Governor John Nyagarama over distribution of Chief Officers positions.
