Nyaribari Masaba MP Ezekiel Machogu said the top Jubilee leaders should calm the situation in Jubilee party.

"The heated political temperatures in Jubilee must stop. I'm appealing to President Uhuru and Mr. Ruto advise their close allies to stop politicizing the historic handshake," he said.

The lawmaker insisted there is need for Jubilee politicians to allow the Head of State work closely with NASA leader Raila Odinga to development the country.

The vocal MP challenged Jubilee politicians not to see the Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga as an enemy following his entrant into the Jubilee party.

"Raila should not be an excuse why President Uhuru Kenyatta should not be given humble time to deliver. Elected Jubilee leaders should back the handshake for the sake of ensuring Kenyans across the country are accessing the fruits of the handshake," noted the MP.

He urged Gusii leaders to remain united and speak in one voice so that the Gusii community can get enough national cake.
