Kesses Member of Parliament Dr Swarup Mishra's fame is rapidly increasing day by day despite his Indian roots.
His supporters believe he can even deliver much better if elected governor and want the governors' from the North Rift to benchmark him.
“We are proud of his performance and believe by the end of this term, our constituency will be ranked among the fast developing sub-counties if not the best. He does not discriminate anybody and treats people equally. He is a leader who is always close to the people who elected him,” said Joy Rugut, a resident of Kesses near Moi University main campus.
Hivisasa spoke to dozens of Kesses constituents and affirmed that Dr Mishra is highly valued because of his good performance for the few months he has been in office.
