This narrative is being fronted by alleged desperate cartels who have been using Judiciary to alter cases involving business deals worthy billions of money until Maraga took over as chief Justice.

A section of Gusii youth leaders under the Gusii Youth United umbrella led by their Secretary General Beavon Magare, have rubbished the petition put forth by a citizen who wants Chief Justice Maraga to resign.

"We are calling upon all citizens to respect the judiciary. Let's us not be used by politicians who have ill intentions to pull down Maraga's plan to clean the mess accumulated in the Judiciary, " said Mr Magare

The group asked Meru youth to stand up and protect DCI boss George Kinoti who seems equally targeted by some force within the Presidency for his role in fighting graft in Kenya.

"We will partner with other youth lobby groups across the country to ensure that we support those who are fighting corruption from the grassroots. The Ameru youth should follow suit and show their solidarity towards the common venture, " added Mr Magare a social change maker and activist.

Speaking to the press on Tuesday, the group clarified that they will unanimously support the Building Bridges Initiative and asked President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM boss Raila Odinga to involve ideas generated by young people to see the BBI achieve its aim of uniting Kenya.
