Well here are a number of actions you can undertake to ensure that you get your life back on track.
1. Change your thinking
The only thing you have control over is your thoughts. Your mind is capable of processing one thought at a time and it is up to you to decide what thoughts are dominant.
If you can focus on the positives, then you are sending your subconscious the command that everything is good and hence you will end up feeling good yourself and working that positive energy into your success.
2. Avoid the blame and anger games
Anger takes a lot out of us and when we feel hopeless, we tend to become angry at our situations and therefore look to assign blame unto others so that we avoid the responsibility.
This, in turn, makes us focus too much on other people instead of channeling that anger into an efficient and effective tool for proving our worth.
3. Forgive
Even the bible says that forgiveness is divine and if at all there is someone who has offended you and you feel like you can't let go; then let me tell you that the time you spend on thinking and replaying the moments you were hurt goes to waste.
Instead, forgive and let your mind focus on other productive activities that can ensure that you gain the success and happiness that you deserve. Remember forgiveness is a purely selfish action.
4. Build your self-ideal
Fashion yourself according to your ideal person. Ensure that you are positive about yourself and then believe in yourself and your power to overcome any problems. For it is said, you are not what you think you are but you think what you are.
5. Be confident and remember you can't change the past and the present is a fleeting moment so try and focus on the future which is unknown but which you can impact by your actions today
