The estate borrows its name from the official residence of the president of the United States, in Washington, DC a large, two-story, freestone building painted white.

It was born after one man purchased a piece of plot adjacent to the Nakuru-Nyahururu road in the 1990s and erected a blockhouse. He painted it white and emblazoned it ‘White House’.

Word has it that the man had lived in the US and upon returning to Kenya, he had to 'bring in the US moment'.

The place has since grown into an estate of millennials. It is also the place where sponyos are hiding their clandes.

Illegal immigrants are also in plenty here as well as Ben10s. This kind of people has made the lifestyle expensive as there is a steady flow of cash.

Fresh graduates who land their first jobs at GDC also prefer living here so they can brag to workmates.

Living here also makes it easy to win flings after clubbing at Platinum 7D.

But not just cost of living is high at White House, those who know the place said HIV prevalence is at worrying levels.

That’s White House for you!
