Overdone makeup and concentrated perfumes

Ladies, this is where you go wrong; it is a job interview and not a modelling contest. Apply your makeups reasonably by avoiding dark eyeshadows, bright lipsticks and heavy foundations.

Concentrated perfumes also apply to men since your interviewer might be allergic to strong perfume scents.

Casual clothes

It is always challenging on the kind of clothes to put on especially when the weather is hot and you do not want to sweat in your heavy suit. However, this does not give you all the freedom to put on your casual clothes hoping that your interviewer will understand.

Bright and flashy coloured clothes

According to balance careers, putting on inappropriate dresses that are bright, scanty and flashy coloured is worse than wearing short hemlines and plunging necklines.
