K24 news anchor Betty Kyallo admits that she's not perfect and that she has made several mistakes in life including in her dating relationships.
The mother of one who divorced with NTV investigative journalist Dennis Okari, however, says she always apologises whenever she's caught in such unpredictable situations.
In an interview with the Standard, she made admissions to at times missing to make the right moves.
"That is true. Sometimes I have made mistakes and I have been remorseful about them. If I wrong you, I will admit it. I have made so many apologies, which were hard to say but I did it.
"I am remorseful. But sometimes you can’t live this life carrying burdens. People will look at you and you are looking just like trouble. It’s good to have the courage to do things differently. If it’s time to move on, you move on," she told the Standard.
Ms Kyallo was on the eve of Valentine pictured with an unidentified man at Enashipai Resort in Nakuru County at the same day when her ex-husband was marrying another woman.
"I can be sorry about everything and so that too. The thing is, I can’t sit here thinking about it all and looking like a problem. No! I tell guys…try…get married, if you have to divorce, then divorce. Don’t be scared of doing something simply because you are scared of what people will say or think," noted Kyallo in relation to her relationships.
While the two have never opened up about the mystery surrounding their nasty fallout, it's believed infidelity from one of them may have informed the other party for action.
Ms Kyallo has since moved from her longtime station, KTN to the MediaMax owned K24 where she anchors the news on weekend editions.
