An ODM Governor has revealed a county team that will win the KICOSCA/CASA games in Kisii County.
Nyamira County Governor John Nyagarama said Nyamira County team will emerge winners in the games.
According to him, the county team is competent and well-equipped to win the games.
“I have no doubt that Nyamira County team shall emerge winners in the KICOSCA/CASA games. My government will support the team fully so that they can emerge, winners,” he said on Sunday in a presser.
He called on Nyamira residents to turn up in large numbers to cheer the county team.
“I am taking this opportunity to urge Nyamira constituents to show up in large numbers in Kisii County so that they can cheer our team. All we need is victory,” he added.
Nyagarama dismissed claims that the county team is incompetent to win the games saying his political rivals should give him a break.
“Propaganda being spread around that Nyamira County team is competent should be ignored," said the Governor.
"It is sad that my political rivals are out to lie to the public instead of them supporting the county team. It is time opponents should shun divisive politics and focus on service delivery to our people,” he noted.
