Former Uasin Gishu gubernatorial aspirant Zedekiah Bundotich better known as Buzeki now says governor Jackson Mandago has a lot of work to do before he completes his two terms in office.
Buzeki lost to governor Mandago during the 2017 polls.
"Mandago has attained five out of ten in his development performance. I need him to work on pending issues that are critical to the locals,” said Buzeki during an interview in a vernacular Radio station, Kass FM.
The billionaire businessman who is widely tipped as the successor of Mandago further said that he will continue to closely monitor ongoing development projects in the county so as to ensure there are noo unattended ones before the governor quits office ahead of 2022.
“I don’t expect when my time comes to assume the office beginning with unfinished projects from the past regime. God willing if I will be given an opportunity to be the next governor, I will start my own projects from where my predecessor stopped,” reiterated Buzeki.
He further assured electorates that he will be in the ballot in the next gubernatorial race noting that he will continue working with the current leaders "and when my time comes then I will be able to administer my ideas to my level best.
