President Uhuru Kenyatta has been told not to spare lazy Cabinet secretaries.
Ex-Bonchari MP Protus Momanyi said Cabinet secretaries sleeping on the job should be sent home the same way the former Sports Cs Rashid Echesa was fired.
"Uhuru realized Echesa won't perform towards the realization of Big 4 Agenda and fired him. I wish to urge him to ensure any Cabinet secretary who is not delivering is sent him without having mercy," he said.
The ex-lawmaker challenged president Uhuru Kenyatta to always make changes in the cabinet to boost service delivery to Kenyans.
"Uhuru has powers to make changes in government which will enable him achieve his Big 4 Agenda. Let him give deaf ears to all those who are not happy with him after he fired Echesa who has never performed since he was appointed last year," he added.
Momanyi said Uhuru should consider naming another person next time to his cabinet from Gusii region.
"Interior Cs Fred Matiang'i has been delivering since 2013. My appeal to Uhuru is that he should consider naming another person from Gusii region to cabinet since Matiang'i is an example of hard work," he stated.
