Fear is a feeling that makes us lose focus on what we wish to achieve. Most of us have been faced with the fear of different things in life at some point.

The best thing to do is to keep yourself close to people with healthy discussions and this will help you overcome the fear. You can also ask a friend or a therapist to help you identify the situations that could be the source of the fear.
You can also start challenging the fear by building up your self-confidence and esteem every time you are faced with fear. This will help you to remain strong and strategise on how to overcome the fear in bigger challenges.
