In a tweet on Sunday, the controversial lawyer downplayed Kalonzo's leadership as the defacto Ukambani political kingpin.

He also weighed in on the widening rift between Kalonzo and Makueni Governor Kivutha Kibwana, siding with the county boss.

Miguna faulted a group of members from the Kamba community who are siding with Kalonzo, he argued that the former Vice President doesn't deserve any support.

He termed support for Kalonzo as a recipe to a continuation of the poverty, ignorance, and sycophancy being witnessed in the region currently.

"I understand that a few Kambas are apparently united in poverty, ignorance, and sycophancy against Kivutha Kibwana. They are yelling, "we prefer our biological substance and super coward @skmusyoka to Kibwana. We prefer to remain, slaves of the chauvinistic Kenyatta Hegemony," Miguna tweeted.

This comes amid an ongoing row between Kalonzo and Kibwana after the latter joined hands with two other governors in the region to fire unending shots at the former Vice President.

The others are Charity Ngilu (Kitui) and Alfred Mutua (Machakos), in what many see as a scheme to topple Musyoka ahead of the 2022 general elections.

However, Kalonzo has since maintained that he is in control of the region stating that the rift is a fallacy, it is neither here nor there.
