Self-proclaimed Kalenjin rap queen Sandra Chebet popularly known as Msupa S on Wednesday had the opportunity to entertain the whole country, top government officials and invited dignitaries during the Jamhuri day celebrations at the Nyayo stadium.
National events are usually an opportunity preserved for country’s top entertainers and the Kalenjin rap queen was on the lucky side as she had the opportunity to display her prowess before thousands of Kenyans who had turned up to mark the 55th Jamhuri day.
Few days earlier, Msupa S had notified her fans that she would be performing during the National celebrations through her Instagram page.
“Wednesday is the day I have been waiting for, I thank God so much he is opening ways for me,” Msupa S posted.
The artist seemed so much excited about the event and the opportunity as this was probably the highest platform she had ever had since her 'noisy' entry to the music industry.
On arrival to the Nyayo stadium, Msupa S said, "Wau, we thank God this morning for letting us see this day, and we also thank ppmc for giving us the chance to perform at Nyayo stadium. Come join us.”
She presented her famous ‘Hello Hello’ hit song.
