After a month at Lee Funeral Home, Ndemo Nyagarama will be laid to rest at his Borabu home on Friday.
Incidentally, Governor John Nyagarama, who arrived in Kenya on Monday after long spell in US for treatment, also arrived at home on Wednesday.
Ndemo,44, succumbed to acute menengitis in June and funeral arrangements were delayed to allow his father jet in.
With Nairobians having been allowed to view the body at Lavington SDA church during requiem mass on Wednesday, he was flown to Kisumu from Wilson Airport on Thursday.
Thereafter, there will be funeral procession from the lakeside city to his father's ancestral home at Nyamwetureko, Nyamira.
ODM leader Raila Odinga and deputy President William Ruto are expected to attend the funeral at Nyansiongo, 2KM from the governor's Riamanoti Farm.
