For the better part of Thursday morning, confusion ensued in Nairobi as thousands of fans lined up for funeral procession of Egesa FM presenter Joseph Mochere.
And for the second time in as many days, Borabu MP Ben Momanyi was at the epicenter of the confusion as fans accused him of failing to fulfill promises.
Mr. Momanyi, a second term MP, had reportedly promised to support mourners with one bus for transport but the delay caused confusion.
His phone and that of the PA were reportedly off this even leading to fierce criticism online.
However, normalcy returned when Momanyi's bus finally showed up after hours of waiting outside Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home.
And thousands of fans crowded the funeral home as those who may not accompany him home gave their final respect.
Mr. Mochere popularly known as Okebiro O'Mose committed suicide a fortnight ago over troubled marriage.
On Thursday night, local musicians have organised a night vigil in his honour ahead of Friday's send off.
