Mwangi revealed that his wife Njeri has made a vow not to get married to a politician, journalists, and younger man. In an interesting twist of events, she meets Mwangi who dreams of becoming a politician in his life. Mwangi goes on to reveal that Njeri and him got married and now they have happy being together.
“Njeri had sworn that she would never marry a journalist, a politician or a younger man. I was a journalist who wanted to join politics and slightly younger than her. On International Women’s Day, March 8, 2008, we were married. My wife is the fire that keeps me going’ he wrote on his Facebook.
The case of Mwangi and the love of his life Njeri is just one among many. There are women who promise never to marry anyone younger than them or in different professions and they stick to the same.
