1. Stiff back

A very tight bra can restrict different forms of movement. When there is no movement, you will become stiff. The stiffness of the back leaves you feeling more uncomfortable whenever you are relaxing anywhere. 

The bra should be removed as soon as you arrive home for the sake of avoiding many health-related issues that are likely to arise along the way.

2. Sagging and chaffing

You should avoid a very tight bra. A tight bra tends to affect your blood circulation. It will also make you feel uncomfortable for hours. Ensure that the bra is properly fitting for the sake of your well-being

3. Headaches

Physio and osteopath Tim Allardyce from Surrey Physio, argues that an excessively tight bra will make both your neck and upper muscles of your back to work extremely harder.  

When a woman wears a tight bra, the weight is exerted on the breasts. The excessive weight can make you experience headaches more often.

4. Sore neckIt is common for women who wear bras for too long to experience sore necks. While attempting to make the breasts appear more attractive, women end up with sores on different parts of their necks. The sores can make the women feel uncomfortable.
