Mr Nyaribo was admitted in August for Kidney operations which went successful. He has been recuperating for months.

His Personal Secretary Robert Tai says the DG, who served as Nyamira governor from May to July in absence of Governor John Nyagarama, will be jetting back to the country on November 21.

"He has been stabilised. Already doctors have given him a clean bill of health. It was a major operations but he has regained.

"We are expecting him on November 21 since his ticket indicates that he is flying a day before in the evening," he confirmed.

Early this month, Nyaribo was absent during his brother's burial at Magwagwa since he was still under doctors surveillance in India.

Before he left Kenya, Nyaribo reignited his power sharing feud with Governor John Nyagarama, accusing him of short-changing him.

"I signed an MOU which must be respected. We are not going to allow someone to disown what we had agreed," he had said.
