Wanyama resumed training last week after recovering from an injury that had kept him out of action for weeks.

This comes despite Football Kenya Federation contacting Spurs for the services of Wanyama ahead of the crucial match set for Kasarani Stadium on Saturday.

According to the reports, the North London side is not willing to let Wanyama travel to Kenya due to the medical conditions, which will be a huge blow to Kenya.

In case Wanyama won't make it for the match, Coach Sebastien Migne will have the opportunity to filed Anthony Akumu, who plays for Zesco United, and has already reported to camp.

Harambee will be hoping to collect three points, having lost the first match against Sierra Leon last year in June.

Ghana leads the group with three points, having beaten Ethiopia 5-0 in their opening fixture.
