Marrying a foreigner who doesn’t understand your local language might be a problem. For instance, marrying a foreigner who only understands their language will be a challenge when relating with your family members back in the village who don’t that language. Couple have their couple friends whom they share things and have a fun time together. However, when you marry a foreigner, other couples might avoid you and you foreigner partner since they might be barred with language barriers and other things like cultural beliefs and practices.
3. Culture differences
People have different cultural practices. A foreigner might find your culture offensive and against most what they believe in back in their country. This might cause struggles in your marriage.
4. Travel expenses
Always be ready to travel to their home. A sometimes in the year, your partner will want to visit their home and that means you might be needed to accompany them. Be saving for such travels.
5. Hard getting a job
If you marry a foreigner, you might struggle a lot in securing a job for them. Many things will affect their chances of securing a job here in Kenya. However, they can still manage to get a job if they are qualified for that job.
