Two time presidential candidate Nazlin Umar has disclosed how he reconciled two NASA principals in 2007 when they faced the prospect of a fallout in the then Orange Democratic Movement (ODM).
In her Tuesday morning social media update, Nazlin recounts how she played a critical role on how she prevented a fallout between Kalonzo and Raila but finally became a victim of the tussle in the party.
"I remember of an ODM crisis meeting in 2007 that I played a key role between Kalonzo and Raila who had fought and I buffered the fallout in the party, I was the sole female luminary and founder life member no. 1 then and head of Rail as think tank too, but had a fallout later. Damn these two drama Queen's have fought forever. Only I have remained consistent, and the public defender, shield and voice, albeit harassed, put a lid on, locked down, oppressed and grossly persecuted. But I remain consistent," She posted in part.
She further disclosed how she was rigged out of the elections, stating that she will never be intimidated as a human rights activist always championing for the best interests of Kenyan citizens.
