Haji says that his greatest concern and ambition is to serve the public.

Speaking during an induction for newly recruited staff in Nairobi on Tuesday, Haji said that he is guided by the rule of law, equality, and fairness in prosecutorial decisions.

According to Haji, his agenda is to ensure a corruption-free society.

The DPP says that Kenyans have been denied access to services by corruption.

“I am focused and my motivation is the rule of law and justice to all Kenyans without discrimination,” he said.

Haji asked Kenyans to stand with him as he fights graft and organised crime.

Last week, Garissa leaders led by MP Aden Duale praised Haji’s purge on graft.

The leaders said that Haji has what it takes to tame corruption and organised crime.

“We have confidence in him (Haji) and as the national government we will give his office the necessary resources to enable him to do his work,” Duale said.

Other Garissa leaders who have hailed Haji’s performance include Ijara MP Sophia Abdi Noor and Garissa Women Representative Anab Subow.
