Lawyer Miguna Miguna has attacked ODM leader Raila Odinga for giving Nyanza residents false' promise of accompanying President Uhuru to China to secure the SGR loan deal only for Uhuru to sign the avocado deal with the Chinese government.
On a Facebook post, the controversial lawyer said that ODM leader Raila Odinga had promised the residents of Nyanza region what is not forthcoming terming him a conman'.
"The People's Con-Man Raila Odinga promised Nyanza residents that he was accompanying Uhuru Kenyatta to China to get a loan for the SGR line to Kisumu but Uhuru Kenyatta only allowed the coward to sell Murang'a avocados to the Chinese. How low can a con-man bend?" he posted on his Facebook page.
The barrister's remarks come as President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga are in China attending the Second Belt and Road forum for International Cooperation between different economies in the world.
On Thursday President Uhuru signed a deal with the Chinese government which will see Kenya export Avocado to the Chinese marker making it the first country in Africa to sign such a deal with China.
Miguna Miguna has been sending firing shots to both President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga for 'duping' Kenyans while stating severally that Kenya needs a revolution to remove the 'rogue' leadership in place.
