Tanzanian bongo star Diamond Platnumz celebrated his 29th birthday on Tuesday, a day that friends, family and fans sent him birthday messages of all kinds.
However, it is his ex-wife, Zari Hassan who stole the glamour of this special day to Diamond.
She sent what many perceive to be a disrespectful message to his one-time husband.
Zari took to her Instagram page and sent the message which some of Diamond's fans have interpreted to be sarcastic.
He posted a photo of their children, Tiffah and Nillan, then captioned it, “Happy birthday mwenye vikima vyake.”
However, a section of Zari’s fans claimed that this was payback since Diamond had previously referred to Zari as a "black monkey" during one of their arguments.
Zari’s fans from Kenya also reacted to this birthday message. Some claimed it is family wrangles, thus, there is no need to comment.
